Yes. Most of your reading - numerology, your sun and moon, Human Design type, your Dreamspell signature, and more - needs no exact time. The app flags the parts that are affected, and you can add or correct your time later in your profile.

No. Castalia operates under a strict rule we call the Compulsion Firewall: it never manufactures urgency, never withholds an answer to make you come back, and never engineers a sense of need. Its job is to serve you, then let you go.

Claiming a username gives your public Signature a personal address - a link you can share. It's optional, and it reserves that handle for you.

Open your profile settings and edit your birth date, time, or place. Your whole reading recalculates automatically from the corrected details.

A gentle reminder of any detail (like an exact birth time) that would unlock more of your reading. It's informational only - you're never forced to add anything.

How do I delete my account?

Can I sign in with my face or fingerprint instead of a password?

Yes. Open Settings, then Security & Access, and tap Add passkey. Your phone or computer stores the key; next time, choose Sign in with a passkey on the login page. You can remove a passkey from the same card anytime, and your password keeps working.

Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then return to the free tier. Cancelling never deletes your profile or data.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, manage and cancel it in your device's subscription settings. If you subscribed on the web, manage it in your account billing settings.

What is your refund policy?

Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play follow each store's refund policy and are requested through them. For purchases made directly on the web, email support and see our Refunds document. Castalian Eyes are consumable and generally non-refundable once used.

First, make sure you're signed in to the same account you purchased with. On mobile, tap "Restore purchases" in settings. If it still doesn't appear, contact support and we'll sort it out.
