You walk into a room and something shifts. Not because you announced yourself, not because you dressed for it. Because you carry a charge that people feel before they see you. The Eight of Hearts is the card of emotional power, and power is the operative word. You read people the way a doctor reads an X-ray: fast, accurate, and without sentiment. You know what someone needs to hear, what they're afraid of, and what will move them, usually within the first two minutes. That kind of perception is rare. A leader who can absorb the emotional chaos of an organization and return it as clarity is someone people will follow into difficulty without flinching.
