Most people cannot do what you do. You make it look like nothing, which is why people sometimes pay you like it's nothing.

Your shadow is the slow erasure. It does not announce itself. It looks like being agreeable, being flexible, keeping the peace. It looks like maturity. Then one day you realize you have not said what you actually think in six months, and the resentment you told yourself you weren't feeling has been living in your jaw and your silence and the slightly too-long pauses before you say "no, it's fine." Passive aggression is what happens when a Two of Hearts swallows a direct conversation for the hundredth time. The karma here is confrontation. Not cruelty. Just the willingness to be disliked for ten uncomfortable minutes rather than tolerated for ten quiet years.
